What is RaPix?
RaPix is a free community pixel guessing game for 2 to 8 players. One player paints a word pixel by pixel on a tiny six-colour grid — the others guess along. Whoever guesses first scores the most. Right in your browser, no install, in German, English and French.
How it works
1. Create a room
Create a room and share the 4-letter code — or join an open public round.
2. Pick word & mode
The host chooses the game mode, grid size and the language of the guessing words.
3. One player pixels
One player paints the word cell by cell on the colour grid.
4. Everyone guesses
Everyone else types along live — the first to guess correctly scores the most.
The five modes
RaPix has five game modes — from classic to chaotic:
Classic
One player pixels, everyone guesses along.
Blitz
Fast preset — small grid, short timer, six rounds.
Impostor
Take turns placing one cell — one player doesn't know the word.
Teams
Two teams, same word — first to guess wins the round.
Telephone
Drawing telephone — draw, guess, draw …

- Is RaPix free?
- Yes. RaPix is completely free and ad-free — playable right in the browser.
- How many players can join?
- Between 2 and 8 players, depending on the mode. Classic and Blitz from 2 players; Impostor, Teams and Telephone from 4.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. RaPix runs right in the browser. Optionally install it as an app (PWA) or play it as a Discord Activity.
- Which languages does RaPix support?
- The interface and guessing words come in German, English and French. Each player picks the interface language; the host sets the word language per room.
- How do I play with friends?
- Create a room and share the 4-letter code or the invite link. Friends join instantly, no account needed.
- Do I need an account?
- No. A name is enough to play. An optional passwordless account (via email link) unlocks the gallery, friends and stats.
